Common questions

How do new coloring pages arrive?

Fifty new pages are released on the 1st of every month, on your own local date. They are already inside the app, so nothing is downloaded and everything works offline.

What does membership include?

Membership opens every curated page and includes 5 Sparks each month. Each Spark creates one custom coloring page in Studio. Those five reset at the start of each month and do not carry over.

What happens to pages from last month?

The Library is a current-month library. On the 1st, fifty new pages arrive and replace the previous fifty, which stop appearing in the Library from that date whether or not you opened them.

Anything you added to My Pages is copied to your iPad and stays yours to color, print and export — including after that month has ended, and after a membership ends. Colorings in progress are never removed. So add the pages you want to keep before the 1st.

How do I turn off auto-renew or cancel?

Settings → Subscription → Turn Off Auto-Renew or Cancel, inside the app. That opens Apple's own subscription settings, which is the only place auto-renew can be switched off — no app can do it on your behalf. Cancelling stops future charges; your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and any Spark Packs you bought are yours to keep.

I bought a Spark Pack. Do Sparks expire?

No. Purchased Sparks never expire, and they are only used after the 5 Sparks included with your membership each month have been spent.

I changed iPad, or deleted the app. Can I get my pages back?

If you backed up: Settings → iCloud Backup → Restore from iCloud. Restore only adds pages this iPad does not already have — it never replaces a coloring you are working on. If you have not backed up, pages stored only on a deleted app cannot be recovered, so it is worth backing up before you delete anything.

I paid but my membership is not showing.

Tap Restore Purchases at the top of the Store screen. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.

How do refunds work?

Apple handles all purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us too — we would rather fix the problem than have you leave unhappy.

Are the pages made by AI?

The pages you create in Studio are drawn by AI from what you describe. Every request is screened before anything is drawn. Pages you create are yours to print, share and sell as you like, subject to OpenAI's terms for generated images.
