Imagine & Color · Effective 7 August 2026
Imagine & Color is a coloring book app for iPad. Your artwork stays on your device. We built the app to collect as little as possible.
Your coloring pages, projects, palettes, and settings are stored only on your iPad. We have no accounts, no sign-in, and no way to see your artwork.
When you use the Studio, the app sends your chosen theme, category, and optional scene description to our server, which forwards them to OpenAI to draw the coloring page and screen the request for kid-appropriate content. Prompts and generated images are processed to fulfill your request and are not stored on our server.
To prevent abuse, your device proves it is a genuine copy of the app using Apple's App Attest. This creates a random device identifier on our server with your remaining AI generation balance. It is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or any personal information — we never receive those.
When you buy a generation pack or a membership, Apple processes the payment. Our server receives Apple's signed receipt (a transaction identifier and product name — never your payment details) to add generations to your device's balance.
If you choose to back up your pages, they are copied to your own iCloud Drive under your Apple Account. That copy is yours — it is not sent to us and we cannot see it.
The app is designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The only server-side record is the anonymous device generation balance described above.
Deleting the app removes everything on the device. To remove your device's anonymous record from our server, contact us at ImagineAndColorApp@gmail.com — note that this forfeits any remaining generations.
We will update this page and the effective date if our practices change.
